Returns & Refund Policy

Final Sale Items: All sale merchandise is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return/Refund Requests: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, all sales are considered final.

Condition of Items: To maintain the integrity of our collection, all returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns or refunds will not be granted for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items: Select items, including intimate apparel, accessories, and custom pieces, are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds: If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow standard banking timeframes for funds to appear.

Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
